Water can be a natural technique of detoxifying your own. The recommended amount is 8 glasses just one day. Which may seem like an ocean's worth - if that's the case, work to this detail. Cut out the sugar laden sodas and skip the diet versions as well (read through Aspartame do you want convincing on this). Beware juices and smoothies - their sugar levels are merely as high as regular soda regardless of the healthier image they show.
